Brenda Flanagan
The WEC Experience, Brenda Flanagan, Focus Group Participant, was a field test and focus group participant for the WEC project. She participated in the field test of the WEC method, the field test of CMAS specifications that effect accessibility, and a focus group on American Sign Language (ASL) video alerts on mobile devices. She shared her experience, specifically, as a participant, and generally, as a person who is Deaf, what she has encountered when receiving actual emergency alerts and information.
