Up one levelProject Director: Jim Mueller This project establishes and maintains a Consumer Advisory Network (CAN) representing the diversity in age and abilities of current and potential users of mobile wireless products and services. Through surveys and focus groups within this Network, the project develops and tests model processes for predicting usability of future products and services.
